CIIC, ANCOR Join Hands to Infuse New Blood into Belt and Road

Two leading enterprises in human resources from China and Russia signed a strategic cooperation agreement on international talent cultivation for projects involved in the Belt and Road Initiative on March 29.

Based on the agreement signed between CIIC International Business Development Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of China International Intellectech Group Co., Ltd. (CIIC), and Russian ANCOR Stock Company, they will further expand cooperation in industrial standards setting, commercial information sharing and scientific achievements transformation.

CIIC International Business Development Co., Ltd. has rich international business development experience.

It has reached strategic cooperation agreements with the Eurasian Economic Cooperation Organization and launched the Silk Road International Talent Alliance, aiming to integrate talent resources for projects of the BRI.

The alliance is expected to evolve into a diversified international talent exchange and cooperation platform to bring in talents from other countries involved in the initiative and provide human resource services for Chinese enterprises' overseas development.
