CIIE Hotline in High-Quality Service

A hotline (968888) for the upcoming third China International Import Expo (CIIE) with interactive voice response, artificial intelligence and 24/7 Chinese and English bilingual services is now available for people who want to learn more about the event.

The organizer of the CIIE said it is the only official hotline of the event and has received nearly 40,000 calls so far; the highest one-day call volume was 1,500.

More operators have been allocated to ensure a high call completion rate.

In addition, the bilingual service guarantees that purchasers and others from all over the world can get timely information about the event, including a brief introduction to its public facilities and media registrations as well as updates on pre-event transactions.

Consultation about epidemic prevention and control and public health is also available by hotline calls.
