Xu Fushun, Vice Chairman of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council (SASAC), met with Dr Roland Busch, COO, CTO and Member of the Managing Board of Siemens AG on Oct 31.
Xu briefed the Siemens delegation on the reform and development of China's state-owned enterprises (SOEs), as well as the scientific and technological innovation, internationalization and digitalization of Chinese central SOEs.

He said that in the process of deepening reform and international operation, Chinese central SOEs need to strengthen their core competitiveness, in particular, innovation and digitalization.
Chinese central SOEs will learn from Siemens' advanced experience, strengthen exchanges with Siemens and other renowned international companies, constantly expand cooperation and achieve mutually beneficial and win-win results.

Busch briefed on the exchanges and cooperation between Siemens and Chinese central SOEs, adding that Siemens has maintained good cooperative relationship with Chinese central SOEs and hopes the two sides would further work with each other on scientific innovation, digitalization and talent cultivation to promote the digital transformation and innovation-driven development of Chinese central SOEs.
